Structure Analysis Of Brushless DC Motor
Feb 18, 2023| In structure, there are similarities between brushless motor and brushless motor, as well as rotor and stator, but the structure is opposite to that of brushless motor; The rotor of the brush motor is coil winding, which is connected with the power output shaft, and the stator is permanent magnetic steel; The rotor of the brushless motor is permanent magnetic steel, which is connected with the output shaft together with the shell. The stator is a winding coil. The commutating brush used by the brushless motor to alternately transform the electromagnetic field is removed, so it is called a brushless motor. Now there is a problem. How can the brushless motor rotate without the transformation of the electromagnetic field?
In short, by changing the alternating frequency and waveform of the current wave input to the stator coil of the brushless motor, a magnetic field that rotates around the geometric axis of the motor is formed around the winding coil. This magnetic field drives the permanent magnetic steel on the rotor to rotate, and the motor starts to rotate. The performance of the motor is related to the number of magnetic steel, the magnetic flux strength of magnetic steel, the input voltage of the motor and other factors, and also has a great relationship with the control performance of the brushless motor, Because the input is DC, the current needs to be converted into 3 alternating current by the electronic governor, and the control signal needs to be received from the remote control receiver to control the speed of the motor to meet the use needs of the model. In general, the structure of the brushless motor is relatively simple, and it is the brushless electronic governor that really determines its use performance. A good electronic governor needs the overall control of the process such as the single-chip microcomputer control program design, circuit design, and complex processing technology, so the price is much higher than that of the brushless motor.
